Noticed that when you are in a game and you load a saved game, the system doesn’t prompt you to save your current game. In other cases when you leave your current game (quit to menu or quit game) the system prompts if you want to save your game. Maybe it is autosaved in the background (which at least keeps your current progress), but it could be the case that you want to save your game under a different name.
