I have viewed multiple forums on this topic, yet none of their answers solve my problem. I have everything setup (as far as I know), yet nobody boards the aircraft. Instead, they just sit on nearby Gate Seating until the plane is forced to leave with no passengers. And there is nobody manning the Boarding Desk, even though I have sufficient staff. The Ramp Agents inspect the aircraft without a problem, but the Boarding Desk is unmanned and there are no passengers! Any thoughts?
Check the job task list to see who of your staff gets the job to operate the boarding desk. Then see what’s his problem.
Can we have some screenshots with zones enabled?
Sounds like any zoning problem, that’s why staff can’t reach boarding desks…
Some screens with zoning overlay would help to find error.
