Looks as if you don’t have a valid path from bus stop/metro to check-in/security?
Could you post screens showing this path? With and without zoning would be best…

This is my main terminal. It looks like all PAX are stuck right now. On the top right, it are the escaletors to a tunnel that connects the previous pics… idk what i am doing wrong. Security is set up right…

Please file a bug report so that we can have a look at the save. It’s most likely a unique design case in your terminal layout that causes this behavior.
