Hi you need a create a staff and security zone on your baggage bay
i’m not sure what kind of bugs/problems you are experiencing, but i see that your ramp agents can’t go to the baggage bay due to it not being a secure zone with a checkpoint. To fix this you need to connect this to another secure zone or build a checkpoint there.

Welcome to the forum @RVminecraft! Looks like you have a secure zone in the top right corner of the baggage bay but it’s divided by a wall, maybe you can place a door there to let them in via a secure zone. Please make the door also a secure zone. Hope you get it working, let us know.
