Its seems like my staff can´t get to my staffroom. Look at the photos.

The staff need to be able to walk between the (what looks like car/taxi stop) and the terminal building. Either build a sidewalk between the car/taxi stop and the terminal or move the car/taxi stop next to the terminal.
Only construction contractors are able to walk across the grass

Thank u, i will work that out. How do i get my pavement go trough my fence?
I don’t think that animals can walk on sidewalk tiles, so I think you can just make a small hole in the fence. But if they do then add one terminal block where the fence is and add two doors
