Uninterrupted Shift Change

I would suggest to change the shift change so that the emloyees currently running an operation i.e. the information desk, are leaving after the new shift arrived. Right now they stop working the splitsecond the shift changes and the new shift is sill on their way so certain operations are paused for a few moments.
